Oksana DeLuca – Oksana recently joined ELM as a Senior Accountant out of the Holicong office. Oksana will provide comprehensive financial support in the management of large environmental remediation projects and will also assist ELM’s Accounting Team in processing of payable, receivables management, financial reporting, and billing. She earned her master’s degree in economics and management from Lviv Polytechnic National University in Ukraine. Since immigrating to the United States in 2009, Oksana has progressed in her career will enhance the ELM’s project support capabilities. Please welcome Oksana to the ELM team!

Brian Kirkpatrick – Brian recently joined ELM as our Director of Land Use Permitting & Wetlands Services. Brian is a certified Wildlife Biologist with more than 35 years of experience. He is an expert in site selection, regulatory site constraints analysis, securing state and federal land development permits, preparation of regulatory constraints analysis, environmental impact analysis, preparation of Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements, agency consultation, negotiation, and implementation of wetland mitigation plans. Brian volunteers with the NJDEP Wildlife Conservation Corps and is the former President of the New Jersey Chapter of the Wildlife Society. Please join ELM’s senior management team in welcoming Brian to ELM!
