Michael McNally

Mr. McNally brings a practical eye to large scale complex projects that can only be developed through unique experience that combines over 26 years managing a wide range large environmental investigation and engineering projects with experience gained through helping to found a construction services group performing turn-key remedial design/construction projects as the general contractor. In addition to traditional consulting services, Mr. McNally spent approximately 6 years managing large turn-key design and remediation projects that allow him to evaluate projects with the technical outlook of an environmental manager integrated with the practical implementation perspective of a contractor. This integrated perspective facilitates development of practical and cost-efficient site-specific investigation, remediation, restoration, and management strategies in planning remedial projects. Throughout his career, Mr. McNally has specifically worked to develop a diverse practical knowledge of site specific challenges posed by complex sites and the implementation, cost and technical considerations associated with these challenges.

Mr. McNally has managed complex projects involving multiple contaminated media including, soil, groundwater, sediment and surface water. He is a registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Ohio and is a Licensed Site Remediation Professional in New Jersey. He has conducted work under CERCLA/SARA, ECRA/ISRA, PA ACT 2, RCRA, and multiple state regulatory programs.
