Jeffery Fehr

Mr. Fehr, a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) in New Jersey and a Licensed Professional Geologist in Pennsylvania, is an Associate at the ELM Group Inc. (ELM). Mr. Fehr holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Eastern Connecticut State University and attended graduate school in Geology at Miami University in Ohio. Mr. Fehr has 30 years of environmental experience in the private and public sectors, including 11 years with ELM and 5 years with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP).

Mr. Fehr’s expertise in environmental assessment and remediation, and knowledge of key environmental regulations assists ELM’s clients in the timely investigation, remediation and regulatory closure of their impacted properties. Mr. Fehr currently serves as ELM’s LSRP of Record on numerous projects. He has conducted and managed all facets of many large, complex sites from the initial assessment phase and development of Site Conceptual Models, through Remedial Investigation phases, the Remedial Alternatives Selection process, and Remedial Action Implementation. Mr. Fehr is currently managing several in-situ anaerobic biodegradation projects involving chlorinated solvents, as well as aerobic biodegradation sites involving petroleum fuels. Mr. Fehr is a member of the Technical Guidance Committee working with the NJDEP on the preparation of the Performance Monitoring on In-Situ Remedial Actions Guidance Document.
