- The ELM Group, Inc. Announces Sale of New York City Operations to Integral Consulting, Inc.

The ELM Group, Inc. (ELM) is an environmental risk management firm in the mid-Atlantic region with over 20 years of service to its clients. In January 2012, ELM completed a planned change in corporate management with Peter Brussock and Mark Fisher assuming the roles of Managing Partners. As part of a restructuring evaluation at ELM, a potential business opportunity was identified involving Integral Consulting, Inc. (Integral) and ELM’s New York City operations. After careful consideration, ELM and Integral (A Strategic Alliance Partner with ELM) concluded that it would be mutually beneficial for ELM’s New York City office to become part of Integral.

ELM plans to use this change to focus on its key corporate clients, core business areas and further develop its client services outside the unique environs of New York City. This sale provides the New York City office with the opportunity to explore a greater diversity of opportunities with Integral. In addition, the increased overlap of staff experience in both ELM and Integral is anticipated to lead to new opportunities for collaborative and complementary work on challenging environmental projects through its strategic alliance with Integral. Mr. Fisher and Dr. Brussock note that the change is an excellent match with ELM’s business plan and is supported throughout the company. They are confident ELM’s path forward will be based on progressive application of its inter-disciplinary approach to its client’s projects and ELM investments in a diversity of resources that will enable ELM to meet future challenges.
