MS degree preferred and Temporary or Permanent NJ LSRP license required. Candidates must be highly organized with excellent communication and technical writing skills, including demonstrated leadership in the management of multi-media remediation projects involving PA/SI, RI and RA phases. Additional qualifications include:

- Ability to effectively manage/lead staff and contractors;
- Strong in-depth regulatory knowledge, including the ability to exercise professional judgment regarding the interpretation and implementation of remedial guidance documents;
- Multi-disciplinary technical background with interest in continued cross-training;
- Experience with the evaluation and selection of remediation alternatives;
- Project contracting, including schedule and budget development and tracking;
